Isaiah 2:7-9

New International Version

⁷ Their land is full of silver and gold;^(A)
    there is no end to their treasures.^(B)
Their land is full of horses;^(C)
    there is no end to their chariots.^(D)
8 Their land is full of idols;^(E)
    they bow down^(F) to the work of their hands,^(G)
    to what their fingers^(H) have made.
⁹ So people will be brought low^(I)
    and everyone humbled^(J)—
    do not forgive them.^[a](K)
